Vegetable Casserole
List of Ingredients
3 cups rice krispies
3 TBS. diet margarine
2-16oz. frozen, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 can cream of clery soup
8 oz. lite sour cream
1 cup skim milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup
Recipe
Brown rice krispies in diet margarine
Cook and drain the frozen vegetables.
Place veggies ina 9x13 baking dish. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients.Pour ove the veggies.
top with the rice krispies and gently press. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
Serves 8
Exchange: ½ bread/starch, 1 vegetable, 1 fat.
* use fat- free sour cream and low- fat soup and drop ½ fat from exchange count.
