Vegetable and Potato toss
List of Ingredients
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium squash diced
1 medium sweet onion sliced (preferably Vidalia)
1 small green pepper, sliced
6-9 quarted or sliced small red potatoes
1 TBS fresh or dried parsley
1tsp. dried herb seasoning blend
salt & pepper to taste

Spray a large frying pam liberally with Pam. heat to medium and add potatoes. Cook until tender, but firm
Add other vegetables,herbs, and cook till tender, but crispy.Spray with Pam throughout cooking as needed
