Bean Salad--low-fat
Low Fat Bean Salad
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (16oz). can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
1 (16oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup undrained chopped pimento
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
Add beans, green bell pepper, onion, and undrained pimento, mix gently.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
