5-7 lb beef rump roast
3 beef bouillion cubes
1 tsp thyme
4 drops tobasco sauce
2Tbs worchestershire sauce
1 lg. bell pepper chopped
2-3 cups water
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper
3 garlic cloves , crushedRecipe
Bake beef 20 minutes per pound.cool and slice real thin.Save pan drippings and add remaining ingredients. simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add beef. Let marinate overnight. warm to serve.
