Taco Beef and Pasta

½ pound rotini pasta
1½ pounds round tip steak, 1 inch thick
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 Tbs. fresh cilantro chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 cups chunky salsa
1- 15oz. can black beans rinsed and drained
½ cup water
1. cook pasta according to pkg. directions,omitting fat.
2.Cut steak into ¼ in. thick strips
3.Combine beef and seasonings,toss to coat.
4. heat oil in skillet to hot,Saute half the beef mixture till meat is no longer pink; About 2 minutes.Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and set aside. repeat with other half.
5. Add pasta, salsa, beans, and water to pan; cook 4-5 minutes.
6.Combine with beef in a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
