1 garlic clove, minced
¾ cup light mayonaisse (or) fat-free
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
½ tsp. dried minced onion
¼ to ½ tsp. salt
½ cup buttermilk
1/8 tsp. pepper
combine all ingriedients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake until smooth. Yield: 1¼ cups
