1 cup mayonaisse
½ cup vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
½ cup honey
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. minced parsley
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup vegetable oil
In a small bowl, combine mayonaisse, vinegar, and mustard.Add honey, sugar, onions, parsley,salt & pepper. Slowly add oil while mixing briskly with a wire whisk.
Refrigerate. yield: 2 cups.
