Southern Chicken Salad
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup silvered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup lite mayonaisse
1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 TBs. lemon juice
1/4 cup raisins
1/8 tsp. pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken,grapes,celery, and almonds.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and toss well.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with curry powder.
