This recipe is from 1990. In my opinion, it tastes really good, but that is just me. :) So, try it out for yourself. I'd love to hear the results.
List of Ingredients
3 cups fresh, frozen unsweetened or canned fruit, drained.
2/3 cups NESTLE CARNATION nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. This makes about 4 cups.
NOTE: For a tropical fruit "sensation", substitute the canned fruit for a mix of mango, papaya and pineapple.
