List of Ingredients
8 baby portobello mushrooms
1 round lite laughing cow cheese (3/4 oz.-cut into 8 pieces)
mix:
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp RF parmesan topping
dash of salt/oregano Recipe
Wash mushrooms and remove stems, place piece of cheese in each and sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until mushrooms are done.
Serves 2 (4 mushrooms each)
