List of Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Banana, mashed
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Egg Beaters
1 Teaspoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Banana Flavoring
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
1 Cup Flour, all-purpose
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a beater on high speed. In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and stir into the wet ingredients. Beat with a mixer until well blended. Pour into muffin cups 2/3 full.Bake 25 - 30 minutes until brown on top.
