Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

List of Ingredients
3 medium bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fat-free cherry vanilla yogurt
1 tsp table salt
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together. Add to dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring to incorporate well. Mash bananas and add to mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray loaf pan or bunt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serves 12

***NOTE**** I think this would work just as well divided evenly into muffin tins
