Recipe Introduction

Im not sure if this will taste like the little lemon cakes weight watcher sells, but I love those things. This sounds so much like them, I hope it taste as good. Update: This is so good, so refreshing and light, a wonderful dessert and taste sooo good!

List of Ingredients

Cake:
1 Lemon cake mix
1 can diet of either sprite, 7up etc..)

Frosting:
1 package of lemon pudding mixed with 1 1/2 cups of skim milk,
whip then fold in 1 1/2 cups of fat free cool whip.



Recipe

Mix cake mix & soda and bake according to box. When cool ice with fosting.
