When life is hectic and you are too busy to cook a big dinner, casseroles come to the rescue. I haven't tried this one yet, but it has gotten rave reviews on the boards.
List of Ingredients
6 oz. shell pasta
6 oz. velveeta light
1/2c. skim
1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin (95% lean)
1 jar pizza sauce
17 turkey pepperoni Recipe
Cook pasta, drain. Add velveeta and milk. mix until melted.
Cook burger, drain grease. Add pizza sauce to meat mixture.
Pour shells and cheese into a 8x8 baking pan. Pour meat sauce on top. Top with 17 pepperoni..
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
