    I used to fix this for my boys when they lived at home. Its still the same recipe just made healthier. Huge servings and so yummy.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb extra lean ground beef ( I use Lauras)
    1 Onion, Chopped
    1 Pkt McCormick Brown gravy mix
    1lb 9oz Potatoes (weight when peeled)
    1.5 tsp lite margrine
    3/8 Cup 1% Milk
    2 Cups of frozen mixed vegetables
    Salt, pepper and mustard to taste.

    Recipe



    Saute the ground beef and onions until meat is browned.
    Add the vegetables and let simmer
    Mix gravy powder with 1 cup of cold water, add to beef mixture, stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile chop and boil the potatoes.
    Mash the Potatoes with the margarine, milk, S&P and mustard. Spread the beef mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with the potato mixture and spread with a spatula to cover envenly. Use a fork to "rough up" the top of the potatoe mixture.
    Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until potatoes start to brown.

    Makes 4 Large Servings
    6 Points each (using extra Lean ground beef)

    Serve with a Salad
