    I can't wait until Thanksgiving to try this dish, sounds so yummy!

    List of Ingredients




    2 large sweet potatoes cooked
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    6 TBPS fat free half 'n half
    1/2 cup Eggbeaters
    1 cup Splenda divided in half
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup melted FF margarine (I use Promise)
    1/4 cup pecans chopped finely
    cooking spray

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and 1/2 of the Splenda.
    3. Pour mixture into a square baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
    4. In a small bowl combine the rest of the Splenda, the brown sugar, FF margarine and the pecans.
    5. Spread the pecan mixture evenly over the top.
    6. Bake at 350 for about 30-35mins.

    Serves 9
