    These sound like Dee's Pecan Tassies she makes at Christmas time. I can't wait to try them.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup egg substitute, liquid
    2/3 cup diet margarine (do not melt)
    4 ounces chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini-muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into mini-muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes.

    Yields: 36 mini tarts

    Serving Size 2 Tarts
