    OMG this is soooo Good! You can adjust it to suit your taste. You could leave the ground beef off to lower the points, add mushrooms and green peppers for more fiber. The possibilities are endless!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound extra lean ground beef -- 93%-96% lean
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    8 ounces Ragú Tomato & Basil Light Pasta Sauce
    1 1/2 cups lowfat sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese -- softened
    8 ounces spaghetti
    Cooking Spray
    1/2 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Cook spaghetti, rinse with cold water and set aside.
    3. Cook meat in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well, rinse with hot water, and return meat to pan. Stir in salt, pepper, and pasta sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Combine the sour cream, green onions, and cream cheese in a small bowl, and set aside. Place spaghetti noodles in a 9x13 pan, coated lightly with cooking spray. Spread the sour cream mixture over spaghetti noodles. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

    Serves 8 Large servings
