This recipe was given to me by our weight watcher leader Robin. I am posting it as it was given to me and will update next week when I verify the serving size and portion amounts. ****UPDATED****
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbl Spoon Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
6 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Lime, Juice Only
1/2 Bottle Lawry's stir fry sauce
1 Bottle Iron Chef General Tso's
Water Chestnuts, Drained and chopped
Mandrian Oranges, (With Juice) chopped
Tblsp tobasco Sauce
Stringless Sugar Snap Peas (Sliced Thinly)
6 TO 8 Chicken breast
Recipe
Marinade chicken in Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil over night Heat 1 1/2 Tblsp of Olive Oil over medium heat, add the chicken and sear on the outside.
Add:
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
6 Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 Lime, Juice only
1/2 Way through cooking Add 1/2 bottle of Lawry's Stir fry Sauce
When Cooked through: Add 1/2 bottle of Iron Chef General Tso's
Lower Heat to Simmer: Stif often and mince the chicken
Add: Water chestnuts, Drained and chopped
Mandarin Oragens, (with juice) chopped
Tblsp tobasco Sauce
Stringless Sugar Snap Peas (sliced thinly)
At the End Add:
1/2 Lime (Juice only)
1/2 bottle General Tso's
Serve in boston lettuce cups
Serves 12 to 16
1 Table Spoon of filling in each lettuce cup
Serving size is 3 Cups each
2 Points per serving
