List of Ingredients
1 cup whole-kernel corn, drained
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 TBSP sliced ripe olives
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
16 oz kidney beans, drained
1 - 2 oz. jar diced pimiento, drained
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP water
1 tsp Splenda
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining 4 ingredients. Add vinegar mixture to vegetable mixture and toss lightly. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
