We love Jake's Beer Cheese Soup. I can't wait to try this to see how it compares...Mmmmm my mouth is watering just thinkin about it ; )


List of Ingredients




4 Chicken bouillon cubes
3 Cups Water
1 Can Light Beer
1 Cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1lb 5oz of cubed potatoes
1 cup diced carrots
1 can 98% FF cream of celery soup
1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup
16 oz light velvetta cheese

Recipe



cook the bouillon cubes, water, beer, celery and onion covered for about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until tender. Add canned soups and cheese and heat on low until cheese is melted and the soup is hot.
