This dish is a nice side dish to serve with Chicken, Beef or pork. It reminds me of the high fat dish that I used to fix.
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
10 3/4 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
5 oz Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and place into baking dish. Bake 1 hour.
