    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 4 eggs hard boiled
    • 1 small jar caviar
    • mayonnaise


    Instructions


    1. In a round glass 9" pie pan, smash the avocado and spread in an even layer.
    2. In a separate bowl, mas the eggs with mayonnaise. Spread egg salad on top of avocado. Layer the jar of caviar on top.
    3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve with crackers or small pieces of bread.
