I remember reading this recipe some time ago. It was too simple to write down or clip, so I'm afraid that I can't credit anyone properly.
List of Ingredients
a bunch of green, seedless grapes
1 tub of commercial herbed soft cheese
about 1 cup of pistachios, chopped very, very fine
Recipe
Wash individual grapes and dry thoroughly. Coat grapes with cheese and then roll in chopped nuts. Heavenly! There is quite a difference in using salted and unsalted nuts. Both are delicious, but I prefer lightly salted.
