    Cheese Biscuits

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C flour (all purpose)
    • fresh pepper
    • cayenne (lots)
    • 2 t salt
    • 1 t dry mustard
    • 1 C margarine (NOT butter)
    • 2 C grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
    • tabasco
    • 4 T sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in margarine and cheese.

    2. Add tabasco and taste, correcting seasonings as needed.

    3. Add sesame seeds and mix well.

    4. DO NOT OVERWORK DOUGH. Biscuits will be tough.

    5. Form dough into thin rolls. Wrap in clear plastic wrap, then foil and freeze.

    6. When ready to cook, slightly thaw the rolls so they can be sliced. Slice about 1/4 inch thick.

    7. Preheat oven to 375.

    8. Bake slices on ungreased cookie sheets for approximately 10-12 minutes until slightly brown around the edges and firm to the touch.

    9. Cool for a minute or 2 and remove from the sheets. Do not overcook.
