Cheese Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 2 C flour (all purpose)
- fresh pepper
- cayenne (lots)
- 2 t salt
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 C margarine (NOT butter)
- 2 C grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
- tabasco
- 4 T sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in margarine and cheese.
- Add tabasco and taste, correcting seasonings as needed.
- Add sesame seeds and mix well.
- DO NOT OVERWORK DOUGH. Biscuits will be tough.
- Form dough into thin rolls. Wrap in clear plastic wrap, then foil and freeze.
- When ready to cook, slightly thaw the rolls so they can be sliced. Slice about 1/4 inch thick.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Bake slices on ungreased cookie sheets for approximately 10-12 minutes until slightly brown around the edges and firm to the touch.
- Cool for a minute or 2 and remove from the sheets. Do not overcook.
