List of Ingredients
- Confectioner's sugar
- evaporated milk (canned)
- peanut butter
Instructions
- Start with about 4 cups of confectioner's sugar. Add a small amount of evaporated milk and mix. You are trying to get this mixture the consistency of a stiff pizza dough. Add more milk or sugar as needed to achieve this.
- Sprinkle waxed paper liberally with more powdered sugar. Roll out the "dough" into a rectangle, about as thick as pizza dough.
- Top completely with a thin layer of peanut butter. Place this into the freezer for about 15 minutes. Make sure it stays flat.
- Take out of freezer and roll, like a jelly-roll. Wrap again and put into refrigerator (for an hour) or freezer (for 10-15 minute).
- Remove and slice into pinwheels. Lay flat and refrigerate.
