    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter softened
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 T vanila extract
    • 3 C all purpose flour
    • 1 T baking powder
    • 1/4 t salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy
    2. Add eggs one at a time
    3. Add vanilla
    4. Combine dry ingredients
    5. Add to wet mixture. Dough will be soft.
    6. Drop onto baking sheets in rounded teaspoons
    7. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes until brown around edges
    8. remove to cool on wire rack
