Heart Attack Cheese Cake

List of Ingredients
- 5 (8oz) pkgs of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar (or more to taste)
- 3 T flour
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 eggs
- heavy cream, at least 1 cup -- add until texture is right
Instructions
- Heat oven to 500
- Prepare pan with crust of choice. (Graham Cracker is traditional)
- Cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, lemon rind, vanilla extract and salt. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Blend in cream. (don’t beat) Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 500∞ for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200∞ and bake for 65 to 70 minutes until filling is almost set and golden brown. (It may crack. Don’t worry.) Cool. Chill overnight before serving.
