Light French Farmer's Dinner

Recipe Introduction
I substitute Smithfield ham for the proscuitto.
List of Ingredients
12 slices of proscuitto
200 g Gorgonzola cheese
2 green celery stalks
1 head of parsley
a few chive stalks
worcester sauce
cream and salt
1/2 clove og garlic
figs(optional) and salad or melon or fresh fruit and saladRecipe
Remove crust from the cheese, cut and mix with a fork, adding 1 or 2 t of cream to obtain smooth cream. Wash and finely chop the celery stalks with 2/3 of the washed parsley. Cut the chives with scissors. Add these and the peeled, chopped garlic to the cheese mixture, mixing well. Season with a pinch of salt and shake of wrchester sauce and mix well.
Lay ham slices, one by one, and spread a layer of the mixture inside. Roll up. Decorate with figs or other fruit....or display on salad. Cover and put in fridge for about an hour before serving. Serves 4.
