List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 8oz cans pizza sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/8 t ground pepper
- 2 C shredded romano/parmesan mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients except 1 can sauce and cheese.
- Flatten and shape into a rectangle (roughly 10'x12') on wax paper.
- Sprinkle cheese over and roll up. Put into shallow pan and press ends shut.
- Take at 350 for 1 hour. Drain and pour 2nd can of sauce over the roll. Bake 15 minutes more.
