My sister Lisa made these one time when she was home, now we crave them from time to time and have to make them. My mother loved them so we always think of her when we are eating them.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
sleeve of club crackers
chopped pecans
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay crackers edge to edge on a baking pan, with an lip so liquid won't spill out. Boil above ingrediants for 2 minutes and pour over crackers. Place in oven for about 10 minutes, remove and spread pecans over top. Cool and serve. Pretty simple, but very good.
