This is easy and can also be used with chicken, both are delicious.
List of Ingredients
1 stick butter
Cajun Seasoning
Catfish, Tilapia, Salmon or Chicken
Cast Iron Skillet
Recipe
Place cast iron skillet on burner on high for about 5 minutes before you start cooking.
Melt butter in a bowl in microwave and dip each piece of meat in butter and place in skillet. Season side facing up with Cajun seasoning (to your taste) and cook for a couple of minutes*, turn, season that side and cook for another couple of minutes or you can turn again so seasoning will cook on that side. Place on paper towel to drain.
*Obviously if you are using chicken instead of Catfish, Tilapia, or Salmon you need to cook it for about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
