Recipe Introduction
My Mom used to serve this over her homemade hot buttered biscuits, sooooo good.
I serve it on the frozen biscuits, because I cant make biscuits like my Mom, or buttered toast, either way is good.
List of Ingredients
1 and 1/2 Tablespoonsful Cocoa (unsweetened)
1 Cup Sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Recipe
Place in a deep pan, stir and bring to boil (it will boil over if you dont have it in a deep pan) dont stir any more till done, reduce heat to medium and let cook for ten minutes. It should be thick when it cools a bit, you can test it on a saucer to be sure, if its not, cook it a few minutes more, but not too much longer or it will candy.
