Knorr Classic Spinach Dip

1 package 10 oz frozen chopped spinach -- thawed
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can 8 oz water chestnuts -- finely chopped
3 green onions -- finely chopped

Squeeze spinach until dry. In a medium bowl stir together all above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Yield:
"3 cups"

Serving Ideas : Serve in a hollowed out loaf of bread, pumpernickel is best. Great on crackers and bagel chips!

NOTES : My favorite dip! I always have at least one request for this recipe when I bring it to a party!
