Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cups ketchup
3/4 onion -- chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmley packed
1/3 cup celery -- chopped
1/4 cup Real Lemon
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 pounds stew meat -- cut in 1" cubes

Combine all ingredients in a large heavy pot, except meat. Add meat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 3 hours or until meat is tender and easily shredded. Stir often to break up meat.

Serving Ideas : Serve on rolls or Grands biscuits. Flatten them out, fill with barbecue, fold over, seal shut and bake 11 minutes.
