Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

There are alot of make ahead potatoes recipes out there, but these are my favorite. Thanks Granny's!!
12 large potatoes
8 oz package cream cheese
8 oz carton sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper (I used more)
4 tblsp margarine, melted
Paprika
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until softened. Drain off all water. Add all other ingredients except margarine and paprika. Whip or mash until fluffy. Add small amount of milk if needed. Place in a large casserole dish and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. Immediately before baking, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
