    Chicken Teriyaki

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 T. honey
    • 1 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 T. no-salt chicken broth
    • 1 T. rice wine
    • 1 T. minced fresh ginger
    • 1 T. minced scallion
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 1 t. vegetable oil
    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)


    Instructions


    1. In a large shallow bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, rice wine, ginger, scallion, garlic and oil. Stir until blended. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    2. Light a hot fire in a grill or preheat the broiler. Remove the chicken from the marinade and gill or broil 4” from the heat, turning once, until browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
