Recipe Introduction


Randi was embarrassed to put these on her blog because they are so easy, but she doesn't need to be. They are divine! A favorite at my office and at home. Randi suggests using part coffee for the water and part almond oil for the oil.



List of Ingredients




1 box brownie mix (I use two regular size Ghiradelli and make 2)
2 large Symphony chocolate bars


Recipe



Spray a 8X8" pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper. Mix the batter according to the package directions. Pour half into the prepared pan, top with the chocolate bars and top with the rest of the batter. Bake and cool as directed on package.
