Green Goddess Dip - Melting Pot Copycat

Jessica has always loved this restaurant and this dip and was so happy to find this copycat recipe online. She made it for NYE, 2020. We did beef fondue for dinner and it went great with the beef, the potatoes, the tempura vegetables and the crudité.

8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely sliced chives
Zest of 1 large lemon
Couple of shakes of Frank’s Hot Sauce
Big pinch Kosher salt
A few good grinds of black pepper
1/2 T. – 1 T. salt-free lemon pepper seasoning, to taste
Recipe
Place the cream cheese and milk in a microwave-safe bowl and nuke for 2-4 minutes, stirring well after each minute. Stop when the cream cheese has melted, and the mixture is smooth.
Add in the remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until cold.
Makes about 2 cups.
