Hot Artichoke, Crab and Shrimp Dip

She posted this recipe way back in March 2009. I thought it sounded wonderful and printed it out. Finally made it for July 4th. Everyone loved it. It’s like a mix of that artichoke dip that everyone loves and the gooeyist, creamiest hot crab dip! I used frozen artichoke hearts (about 6 halves) and only 2 oz. of Parmesan cheese.
List of Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-4 artichoke hearts in brine or water, chopped fine
6 oz. flaked crab meat
6 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped fine
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3-4 oz. grated (fresh) Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
Recipe
In bowl, mix all ingredients; place in oven-proof dish and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers, pita or bread.
