    So good. Serve with bread and a big salad. Doubles very well.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. medium or large shrimp, unpeeled
    • 4 T. butter
    • 4 T. olive oil
    • 2 T. chili sauce
    • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 lemon - thinly sliced
    • 1 clove garlic - minced
    • 1 T. lemon juice
    • 1 t. minced parsley
    • 1/4 t. paprika
    • 1/8 t. oregano
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
    • 1/8 t. pepper
    • 1 lemon sliced, for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Wash shrimp and spread in a shallow pan. Don not peel shrimp. Combine all remaining ingredients except garnish in a sacepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon sauce over shrimp, cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours. When ready to serve, bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Garnish with lemon slices.


    Final Comments


    Serves 4 as a meal, or 8 as an appetizer.
