Lowfat recipe. No exact measurements. Really, really easy and good. Serve with noodles to soak up the sauce!
List of Ingredients
- Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- White wine
- Evaporated skimmed milk, chilled
- Cornstarch
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat chicken w/ Dijon. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Place in baking dish. Pour wine over.
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done. Remove chicken and keep warm. Pour wine into a saucepan. Mix milk and cornstarch and add to the wine and bring to a boil until thickened. Serve over the chicken.
