    Crème fraiche is a wonderful tool in cooking. Like sour cream, it can enrich and add tanginess to many dishes, but unlike sour cream it will not break when heated.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. heavy cream
    1/4 C. buttermilk
    1 T. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients. Cover and let sit, room temperature for 6 – 8 hours. Then refrigerate.
