Recipe Introduction


A delicious and unusual sauce for fish. Just use about the same amount of mayo and yogurt. You'll need more jalapeno brine than you think and add the lime juice a tiny bit at a time - it can be overpowering!

Plain yogurt - drained
Lime juice
Pickled jalapeno brine
