    Pretzel Crisps (flat pretzels)
    2 sticks of butter
    1 packed cup of brown sugar
    Flaky or kosher salt
    Chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, cover with a layer of Pretzel Crisps, allowing the pretzels to overlap.

    In a saucepan, stir butter and brown sugar over medium heat until they are combined. Once the mixture starts bubbling in the middle, set a timer for 3 minutes and stir continuously. Pour over pretzels, using an offset spatula to spread over the pretzels evenly. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle one half of your pretzels with chocolate chips, and one half with flaky or kosher salt. Carefully remove salted caramel pretzels and place individually (or as individually as possible) on a wire rack to cool completely.

    Using an offset spatula, spread the melting chocolate chips over the remaining half, then top with flaky or kosher salt. Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces.
