    Good and easy.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 strips bacon
    • 1 lg. onion, chopped
    • 1 rib celery, chopped
    • 1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    • 2 c. chicken stock
    • 2 c. cream style corn
    • 2 c. skimmed evaporated milk
    • 6 T. butter
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Saute bacon. Add onoin and celery and saute 5 minutes. Add potatoes and saute 5 minutes. Add stock and one cup water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn. Heat 5 minutes. Add milk and butter. Heat to just steaming. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serves 6-8
