Blistered Sugar Snap Peas w/ Miso Butter

Jessica made these to go with some hoisin glazed pork that she served. They were fantastic and not at all hard to make. They were made with white miso, but you could use stronger flavored miso, if you like.

3 cups sugar snap peas
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Recipe
Clean, string, and halve the sugar snap peas. Heat a sauté pan on medium high and add 2 t. olive oil. Add the sugar snaps and sauté for about 10 minutes or until blistered and JUST tender.
Meanwhile mix the miso and butter. When the peas are done, top with the miso-butter and toss. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
