List of Ingredients
Round Steak cut into 1x3 inch strips (easier to cut if partially frozen)
BATTER:
1 Egg
1 C Flour
1 C Milk
Salt, Pepper, Onion and Garlic Salt to taste
Cracker crumbs (not too fine)
Oil for frying
Instructions
Dip meat strips in egg batter
Roll in cracker crumbs spread out on wax paper
Deep fry @ 400 degrees for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Do not do too many togeather at the same time
Can be made ahead of time and put in refrigerator but not as crisp
Drain on paper towels
Final Comments
Serve with ketchup or catsup whichever you prefer.
You may need to make more batter or cracker crumbs depending on the size of the round steak. Best if made in this amount each time not in a larger amount especially the batter.
