    Cabbage Rolls


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb Hamberger
    • 1 Onion Chopped
    • 1 Head of Cabbage
    • Hot roll mix


    Instructions


    1. Prepare roll mix
    2. Brown hamberger, onion
    3. Add cabbage, cover and steam on low heat until cabbage looks glossy
    4. Remove from heat and cool
    5. Roll out flat and cut into 4 inch squares
    6. Put filling in and close dough around it pinching it closed
    7. Turn pinched side down and place on greased pan
    8. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown approximately 30-40 minutes
