    Buckeyes (Peanut Butter Balls)

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 jar of peanut butter
    • 1 stick of margarine, melted
    • 1 lb. powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 bag of chocolate chips
    • 1/4 stick of parafin wax


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 4 ingredients well and form into balls. Put on wax paper on cookie sheet and chill in refrigerator.
    2. Melt chocolate chips and parafin in a double boiler and then dip balls in to coat. Put on wax paper on cookie sheet to cool.
